I’m Georgey, a small business consultant based in Oxfordshire, and I’m the founder of The Business Strategy Co. 

 

I work with small businesses in the services and lifestyle sectors to develop and implement strategies that deliver real growth, genuine profitability, and long-term resilience.

I grew my own business to £1m revenue, a 25% profit margin and two profitable sites, and now I help other business owners across the UK achieve the same.

The people I work with are what I call accidental entrepreneurs. They’re incredible at their skill, their service, or their trade. Along the way, they’ve built something real.

 

But running and growing a business is a different skill set entirely, and that’s where things start to feel overwhelming.

That’s where I come in. I work alongside you to free up your time, build the right systems, and make sure every part of your business is pulling in the same direction. I bring the experience, the expertise, and the accountability to make sure your business is working for you, not the other way around.
