 I’m Georgey, the founder of the Business Strategy Co. I help small businesses in the services and lifestyle sectors to develop and implement tangible strategies that ensure growth, profitability and resilience.

I grew my own business to £1m revenue, a 25% profit margin and two profitable sites, and now help other businesses achieve the same success. 

 

I work with “accidental entrepreneurs” – the people out there who are incredible at their skill, service or trade, and along the way find that they’ve accidentally grown a business, but don’t necessarily have the business experience to maximise its potential. 

 

This is where I come in. I free up your time so you can work in your business, doing the things you’re great at, rather than on your business. I build systems, triple check your processes and help with all areas of business development. I provide experience, expertise, and accountability to make sure your business is working for you and getting you where you want to be.
